Beds
This is our most-requested model, and for good reason. Twenty-five beds is the size where a district hospital becomes viable: big enough for an ICU, an OT and round-the-clock emergency, small enough that one committed owner can watch every rupee.
We'll hand you the itemised list before you commit a rupee; the package price is the starting point, and it moves only when you change the inclusions.
From an empty, ready shell to a functioning hospital: typically four to six months.
Layout, department flow and the itemised inclusion list — before you commit a rupee.
Civil finishing, oxygen lines, power backup and department build-out.
ICU, OT, lab and radiology delivered, installed and commissioned.
The licence clock runs alongside the fit-out — not after it.
Doctors, RMOs and nursing staff recruited and drilled before day one.
A functioning hospital — not a building that still needs six months of paperwork.
The licence clock runs in parallel with the fit-out, which is where doing both under one roof saves you the most time.
Because we've built it. Rane Hospital Khunti and our Gumla multispecialty facility both grew from this exact playbook. Visit one. Talk to the staff. Kick the beds. We'd rather you inspect a real hospital than trust a render.
